• Your membership is on the monthly plan (annual memberships cannot be paused)
• You've been a paying member for at least 3 months
• Your most recent payment was successful
• You haven't already paused your membership this calendar year

Good news! When you pause:

• You'll keep your current membership rate and avoid any price increases
• Your membership will automatically resume after 3 months - no action needed
• You can choose to resume earlier by emailing us
